How does reDevice handle returns?
reDevice offers a guaranteed money return for all iPhones within 14 days of purchase. All returns are free (shipping is paid by reDevice).
Item return or exchange (if You prefer) is done by You through our offered shipping solution. Items that are not damaged or in any other way interfered with, will be accepted for a full money refund or exchange for another item (customer's choice). Return process overview
- You submit the form below to start the process
- We will send you a confirmation email with shipping details and label
- You post the item to us
- We refund you the money for the item (or exchange it for a different item)
Return terms & conditions:
- In order to return a phone, it must be in the same condition as it was received. The phone must be in original packaging including the USB and adopter. If an accessory is returned (cover or screen protector) then the package must be unopened. Before the shipment, the customer has to make sure that the item(-s) are packed in a way that it can't be damaged during transportation. The customer has to accept that reDevice is not responsible for any damages caused during the shipment process.
- If the customer is not fully satisfied with the purchase, he/she has 14 days (including) to start the return process.
- After form submission, the customer has to wait for a confirmation email from reDevice. Then the customer will have 7 days from receiving the confirmation email to hand over the return item(-s) to the shipping service.
- reDevice will process the refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
- By submitting the return form, the customer agrees to the Return terms & conditions.
